These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of charcuterie boards, related items, and delivery services from Savoraboard. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.
Your submitted order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we begin preparing your order or send a confirmation email. Prices, taxes, and delivery fees shown at checkout are final once accepted; pricing on the site may change for future orders without notice.
When you submit an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your designated payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any refundable container deposit. Card data is handled directly by our processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Our boards are prepared to order from fresh, perishable ingredients. Once preparation has begun, orders are non-refundable. Cancellations made before preparation begins will be refunded in full. If you have an issue with quality, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right at our discretion.
If you select a returnable serving board option, your payment includes a refundable deposit shown at checkout. The deposit is refunded to your original payment method when the board is returned clean and undamaged within the window stated at checkout. If the board is not returned in time, is returned damaged, or you elect to keep it, the deposit covers the board and is forfeited; the board becomes yours.
Delivery is offered within the radius shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items. If we cannot complete delivery due to incorrect information or no one available to receive the order, we are not obligated to re-deliver or refund the food portion. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Gratuity, if added, goes to the team preparing and delivering your order. It is voluntary and refundable only if the entire order is cancelled before preparation begins.
Our boards may contain or come in contact with common allergens including dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, and pork. Indicate any allergies in the order notes; we do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
